Rasionalism

Rationalism is "any view appealing to reason as a source of knowledge or justification" (Lacey 286).

I would like to discuss this ideology more comprehensively as per nowadays situation.
Taking situation such as at work, home or public relation day after day.

Working With/Without Rationalism.
As per today, most of the people that we call "Boss" are those who live in the 20th century and lead the decision making for most of the new successor. We (those who reach their 21 years in year 2000 above) are the successor for the new world. We were told, taught, trained and observed by this group of leaders (parents, uncle aunt, boss, master, chief, minister etc.) through the way they used to learn on their life at 20th century.

If we talk about rational and questioned the way our leaders lead us, i believe tons of issue can be discussed.
We who used to adapted in an environment of joy, calmness and knowledgeable way, where always used to talk about freedom, success and dreams, were able to cope and adapt to the situation where the decision maker use their right to choose our path "dictatorially".

Most of the action they took was something they learn before from they previous leaders. Of course it is a good one to choose since its been (i believe) evidently successful. However, doesn't mean there is no other method to be used to get same result or more better result.

We take one example, leader was talking about a plan to move his successor (employee) from one division to other division. The decision was made through consultation with some member of the leader and also the successor. Since the successor was very good in his job and the other division need someone like him, it is important to put someone like the successor to maintain the division. However, the successor view point, he/she has been working in his current position and division for more than 3 years, where he/she already adapt himself perfectly to his current post.

When we talk about rational, which action taken are more rational then the other one. Taking into consideration about the successor settlement in the current place with family and friends and the leaders ability to choose other person to replace him/her.

For me, take the win-win action. I got few ideas to settle them, but need other views.
