Hello guys, during having a cup of coffee with less sugar this morning, i was wondering why people judge others in a first place and do they have that right or not? So, i would like to discuss the things in my point of view. This might happened on you, on your friends or maybe you're one of those who have done this.
Meaning of Judge.
'Judge' verb means formatting an opinion, conclusion or estimation over something. Example of it was judgment made by magistrate in court. So 'judge others' means making an opinion, conclusion or estimation over someone else such as you teacher, lecturer, friends etc.
Why and How do people judge others?
It is simply because they have made a study and analysis over other people and made their conclusion base on their point of view. With the data analyzed, someone may drew a conclusion. Example, My Wife is an excellent chef after eating her serving of delicious Malay's dishes for a year.
In the other hands, the judgment made by someone was solely true for themselves. However, do other person will have same conclusion? I would say NO!
Lets get to the point, to judge other must be a simple things. Base on simple data also you can draw your conclusion. However, getting the accurate judgment is something that need lots of work, lots of data, lots of thought and lots of study. There is no short cut to make a judgment especially when it comes to judge other people. There is one example that i will share here, if your are related in anyway with the stories, please contact your psychiatric or psychologist for advice (just kidding).
"A graduated man with high level of education is someone with a good level of making decision skill. This kind of people mostly drew their decision base on theory and also story or experience they've gone through. Sadly, decision or conclusion "this man" made was something that really unacceptable.
He conclude that several people in his life including parents, siblings, friends and lecturers were real bad. He said that his farther wasn't able to play a role as a farther, some lecturer he claimed was bias and stupid other than ignorance, and some of his friends were always wrong when it comes to giving opinion during discussion".
Even if you really a good man, excellent in study, wide experienced and skillful, be reminded that you are still a Human which is never perfect. Three things you should put into consideration your your judgment:
1. You always a son/daughter of someone. Out of Trillion sperms, you're the one which was selected to grew up.
Even if you think that you parents has never done anything for you, but how can one compare that effort done to you since you "1 second old up until now". You may have your conclusion on them, but its true only to you and only. They've live and experience too much things that you haven't! Just think about getting you out from your mother's womb.
2. Human are primitive and violent naturally. Education helps us to be civilized and of course education are always related to teachers/lecturer. Even if you think your lecturer has no style of a "lecture", even some of them know things you already know, but matter of fact, they are the people who educate people. This people dedicated their live to educate other Human! Something that not everyone are willing to do or capable of. Even if you are also a lecturer, you are previously a human with nothing. Lecturer become a lecturer not just by attending a class and get the certificate. But it is a process where you dedicated your life to teach others, for that to happen you have to study hard, work hard and skillful enough to pass down your knowledge. Lecturer/teacher with other profession will never be the same.
3. Last but not least, don't judge people opinion by simply a moment of thought. That because your judgment will be judge by others and the process will continue until all parties achieved an agreement. There is no single things in this world can be achieved just by the act of ONE MAN. Today was a result of so many opinion of late people had made. That is why word "discussion" has been invented.
In conclusion, judging is a simple action but a complicated process. The make a silly judgement is easy, but to judge professionally needs professionals. Its your choice to be silly or to be professional.

Nuclear Energy in Malaysia
I've been following this issues after my lecturer gave his lecture on the energy resources during my under grade. Some said, having the nuke on our country just like having a nuke bomb in your hands. But, i never thought that way because am aware that the nuke energy doesn't mean an atomic or nuke bomb.
Before talking about the the nuclear energy, we should discuss the phrases of Nuclear Energy as single word.
The word 'Nuclear' used mostly by the citizen was actually just a name. Yes, you can give it to your sons or daughters as their name. It has a meaning when you call it as Nuclear Power which means a power that obtained through controlled nuclear reaction (Herbst et al., (2007). During SPM, we also learn about this things (if u still remember).
Energy in other hands can be describe as quantity that has the ability to change other forces. It could be from the light, thermal and hydraulic.
So, Nuclear Energy can be describe as a forces to do a work (change the system) by using heating energy from the radiation of Uranium and some other heavy metals.
Some people might said that there is no way our country can manage the nuclear waste and its operation. Is it true? Keep your answer for yourself. As i know, we already have our nuclear research since 1972 through Centre for Application of Nuclear Malaysia (CRANE) which known as Agensi Nuklear Malaysia nowadays to promote peaceful use of nuclear science. Since then, we have been using the nuclear energy for research purposes.
Talking about safe use of the nuke energy, we can simply say that it is just like driving, dealing with poisons, doing some other works because all of the things around us have their own hazard. The things we need is just the way to control the things so that no accident would happen.
Nuclear energy has been undergoing so much research since it was first intensively tested in 1890s. You can see so many energy plant around the world nowadays. That was true if u said some of them was exploded and caused death as well as poisoning. But, it was actually caused by lack of precautions and unpredicted events.
Taking into account the current technology we have, i believe that the way world managing the nuclear energy now are safer than before. Its like driving a car without sit belt during early development of cars and driving cars with superb speed with sit belt and other safety features nowadays.

Natural Environment VS Conserving Natural Environment
Our natural environment was something that extremely essential to support all the living things in this blue earth. Since thousand years before century, living things in this earth create a bond of symbiosis amongst them weather directly or indirectly. Not to specify the predator and prey interaction, parasitic, mutualistic as well as commensal interactions. If you talk about the price of natural environment, we can assume that as the price of everything.
We look closely to certain issues,
1. Opening Forest for Agriculture
Economists and Businessman were racing to get a hold on land around the globe. Its not for the dream home, dream park, or for place to have peace of mind. Some of the objectives is to open job opportunities, to increase country income, and some to develop the land that said has been left behind by the development. But, the main objective is to get bucks from it.
They cleared the forest/jungle for cultivation, they generate waste to pollute environment and done too much damage to the environment just to get extra income. Most of this activity will earn double or triple to the cost their invest on the activities.
Is there anyone learn business? I guess, having too much profit means something was wrong. Unless u winning a lottery, there is no chance the cost vs profit will vary that much.
Am not saying that agriculture is bad, or any parties is doing wrong, it just something was missed.
I guess, there is an answer for the question. Why there is so much profit? Because they didn't give out cost for the environment.
When you producing something, there will be a list of cost included which at the end will be deducted from the income to get the profit value. However, during listing the cost, no one will ever look outside the office and ask the land, air, rivers and also other part of environment, how much have they lost. Since all of them a deaf, static, unharmed in some way and cant tell the people what they need, so those developer will never know.
Are you saying that the environment is the one who didn't do their part? NO!
Nowadays, strange weathers, rare events, extreme weathers and so many things happening were actually related to one another. Take a simple explanation, all the living things in this world are all dependent on each other. The equilibrium has been reached long time ago and now all of a sudden lots of things is changing.
All of this might be caused by the earth system or natural environment is once again are working on reaching the equilibrium, or maybe it was caused by the ecosystems getting together like building an army to attack humans.
It might not be able to satisfy all the ecosystem by giving out some cost for them but still, it could make a difference. Some cost for soil erosion control, establishment of buffer zone, conserving wild animals, enriching forest canopy and lots more program can be done just give out the cost of environment. There is a lot of NGOs and government agencies which would be happy to help you out in this.

Rasionalism
Rationalism is "any view appealing to reason as a source of knowledge or justification" (Lacey 286).
I would like to discuss this ideology more comprehensively as per nowadays situation.
Taking situation such as at work, home or public relation day after day.
Working With/Without Rationalism.
As per today, most of the people that we call "Boss" are those who live in the 20th century and lead the decision making for most of the new successor. We (those who reach their 21 years in year 2000 above) are the successor for the new world. We were told, taught, trained and observed by this group of leaders (parents, uncle aunt, boss, master, chief, minister etc.) through the way they used to learn on their life at 20th century.
If we talk about rational and questioned the way our leaders lead us, i believe tons of issue can be discussed.
We who used to adapted in an environment of joy, calmness and knowledgeable way, where always used to talk about freedom, success and dreams, were able to cope and adapt to the situation where the decision maker use their right to choose our path "dictatorially".
Most of the action they took was something they learn before from they previous leaders. Of course it is a good one to choose since its been (i believe) evidently successful. However, doesn't mean there is no other method to be used to get same result or more better result.
We take one example, leader was talking about a plan to move his successor (employee) from one division to other division. The decision was made through consultation with some member of the leader and also the successor. Since the successor was very good in his job and the other division need someone like him, it is important to put someone like the successor to maintain the division. However, the successor view point, he/she has been working in his current position and division for more than 3 years, where he/she already adapt himself perfectly to his current post.
When we talk about rational, which action taken are more rational then the other one. Taking into consideration about the successor settlement in the current place with family and friends and the leaders ability to choose other person to replace him/her.
For me, take the win-win action. I got few ideas to settle them, but need other views.
